In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of medical billing, improving clinical documentation, and supporting our healthcare operations through precise diagnostic and procedural coding.

Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes to patient encounters based on medical records.
- Review clinical documentation to ensure it supports the assigned codes and complies with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation gaps and improve coding accuracy.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current coding guidelines, government regulations, and payer-specific requirements.
- Identify and report patterns in documentation errors to support internal quality improvement initiatives.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards on a consistent basis.
- Participate in regular audits and training sessions to maintain certification and stay updated on industry changes.
Kualifikasi
- Active professional certification from AAPC (CPC) or AHIMA (CCS/CCS-P) is strictly required.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in medical coding within a hospital or clinic setting.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and coding software.
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Strong analytical skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with clinical and administrative staff.
- Ability to work autonomously in a WFH environment while meeting strict production deadlines.
