- Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial statements ensuring compliance with Philippine accounting standards and regulations
- Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across all financial operations
- Provide strategic financial advice to management team, supporting informed decision-making and business planning
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting functions, optimizing tax strategies while maintaining regulatory adherence
- Direct budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial irregularities
- Supervise accounting staff, providing mentorship and guidance for professional development
- Stay current with evolving accounting standards, tax legislation, and financial industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Must be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field with strong academic record
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in consumer goods or FMCG industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), tax regulations, and corporate governance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring accounting professionals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
