Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring PFRS compliance
- Lead tax planning, compliance, and filing processes for corporate and statutory requirements
- Conduct internal audits and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic business decisions
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
- Mentor accounting staff and ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license with PRC accreditation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with exposure to manufacturing/furniture industry
- Expertise in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel with pivot/vba skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams and cross-functional projects
