Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows) for internal stakeholders and external audits
- Oversee tax compliance processes including VAT, income tax, and regulatory filings
- Conduct bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Lead payroll processing and ensure accurate employee compensation and deductions
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with audit teams during internal and external examinations
- Support budgeting processes and provide financial insights for strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- CPA license required with valid PRC certification
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
