Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Income Statements.
- Ensure full compliance with the National Internal Revenue Code (BIR) and other applicable local regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and operational processes.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and perform variance analysis to monitor financial performance.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents, including VAT returns and corporate income tax filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process and address audit findings.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid license from the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws, auditing standards, and financial reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
