Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, financial planning, and analysis
- Lead financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Manage banking relationships and secure financing for new projects and business expansion
- Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on financial matters and business development
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Oversee risk management processes and ensure implementation of internal controls
- Manage investor relations and communications with stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA) preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in senior finance roles, with at least 5 years at CFO level
- Proven experience in the property development and construction industry is essential
- Demonstrated success in financial leadership within a public listed corporation
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax laws
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams
