Cargill is seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Lead to drive organizational transformation and support our business teams in Jakarta Raya. In this pivotal role, you will guide and partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional project teams to design and implement effective change initiatives. You will facilitate critical discussions and workshops, ensuring that our organization adapts seamlessly to new strategies and technologies.
As a Change Management Lead, you will act as the catalyst for growth, helping to define the 'Why' behind changes and securing employee buy-in. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate complex business needs into actionable change plans while maintaining our culture of integrity and excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and guide organizational design and change initiatives to support business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align teams on transformation goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans.
- Assess organizational readiness and identify potential risks or resistance to change.
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to integrate people solutions.
- Measure adoption and utilization of new processes to ensure successful implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Project Management.
- Proven experience leading change in a large, matrixed organization.
- Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written).
- Experience in the FMCG or Agribusiness industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
