Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and evaluate business requirements for incoming Change Requests (CRs) to determine feasibility and impact.
- Prepare comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and detailed business process flowcharts.
- Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with developers and system architects to review technical designs against functional requirements.
- Support the Quality Assurance team in defining test cases and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Document and track the entire lifecycle of change requests from initial request to post-implementation review.
- Conduct thorough impact analysis on existing systems to prevent regression issues during new deployments.
- Provide functional guidance and support to end-users during the rollout of new system features.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar technical documentation role.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in using process modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar UML software.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relational databases and the ability to write basic SQL queries is a significant advantage.
