Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive channel strategies to maximize sales and market share for Erajaya's product portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to design and execute effective promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives across all sales channels.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and strategic adjustments.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing development to sales teams, enhancing their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key channel partners, ensuring alignment with Erajaya's business objectives.
  • Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential channels to expand Erajaya's market penetration and customer reach.
  • Manage channel budget, forecast sales, and ensure efficient resource allocation to achieve financial targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in channel management, sales management, or business development within the retail or consumer products industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales and channel strategies that resulted in significant growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
