Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and monitor day-to-day channel management operations to ensure maximum sales efficiency.
  • Analyze sales performance data and market trends to provide actionable insights for management.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and optimal distribution across all channels.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with Erajaya’s brand standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase product sell-through rates and market penetration.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
  • Prepare regular reports on channel performance, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in Channel Management, Trade Marketing, or Product Executive roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Advanced level preferred).
  • Strong understanding of retail distribution dynamics and trade marketing strategies in Indonesia.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
