In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of our marketplace operational ecosystem. You will be responsible for navigating the unique characteristics of various platforms (such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop) to ensure our products are positioned for maximum visibility and sales. This is an end-to-end role that requires a blend of technical platform knowledge, analytical prowess, and leadership capabilities.

You will monitor performance metrics, optimize listings, and lead a team to ensure that Erajaya remains at the forefront of the digital retail space. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage end-to-end operations across multiple marketplace platforms to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Analyze marketplace data and trends to provide actionable insights for sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring all KPIs related to platform health and customer satisfaction are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Inventory, and Logistics) to align product availability with promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and platform algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and implement SOPs for product uploads, inventory synchronization, and order management processes.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on channel performance, ROI, and operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian marketplace ecosystems (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on operational excellence and problem-solving.
