Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners across the healthcare sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand our partner ecosystem.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to create compelling enablement materials and training programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to adjust channel strategies proactively.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle for partner-originated leads, ensuring seamless handoffs and deal velocity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding channel revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with senior-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English and local business standards.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian healthcare market dynamics and regulatory environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
