Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders in Modern Trade accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and inventory levels across assigned distribution channels to ensure stock availability.
- Implement merchandising strategies to increase brand visibility and product shelf-share.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
- Conduct regular site visits to retail accounts to ensure compliance with trade agreements and planograms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Address and resolve any channel issues or service-related concerns promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Modern Trade sales or channel management within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Modern Trade retail dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple retail accounts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to sales challenges.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus for field-related site visits.
