Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new channel partnerships with distributors and retailers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing channel partners to drive sales growth
- Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends
- Coordinate product demonstrations and training for channel partners
- Prepare sales reports and performance analytics for leadership review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop channel-specific campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, channel management, or retail (internships accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- Understanding of Jakarta's retail and distribution landscape
