- Supervise daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care
- Coordinate staff schedules and assignments for optimal patient care delivery
- Monitor patient conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback for professional development

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification
- Valid nursing license and current registration with the Malaysian Nursing Board
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make critical decisions
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Experience in elderly care or geriatric nursing preferred
