Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise nursing staff in the Adult ICU & Telemetry unit during all shifts
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Oversee medication administration and treatment protocols
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide mentorship
- Manage unit resources including equipment and supplies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy development
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with current PRC license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required
- Minimum 3 years ICU/Telemetry experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
