In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial lifecycle of our operations. This includes preparing accurate monthly and annual financial statements compliant with Malaysian Accounting Standards (MAS). You will lead project budgeting and cost control initiatives, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently. Furthermore, you will manage tax compliance, conduct internal and external audits, and provide strategic financial forecasting to senior management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Malaysian Accounting Standards (MAS).
- Manage project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for complex construction initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Lead and coordinate external and internal audits to ensure financial transparency.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support business decision-making and growth.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement.
Kualifikasi
- ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and MAS.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
