Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer queries and concerns efficiently through live chat and email channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account status.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding team KPIs, including CSAT, FCR, and AHT.
- Collaborate with team leaders and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
- Adhere to company schedules, policies, and procedures, including confidentiality agreements.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent (College graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience (Chat and Email support is a big plus!).
- Strong keyboard navigation and typing speed (at least 35 WPM).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations without compromising quality.
- Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City.
- Can work a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
