Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to customers via chat and voice channels regarding financial accounts.
- Resolve customer inquiries, process transactions, and troubleshoot account issues with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while navigating complex financial information.
- Ensure all interactions meet quality assurance standards and compliance requirements.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Adapt quickly to changing product features and operational updates within the financial sector.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or college undergraduate/graduate with good communication skills.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to multitask between chat windows and voice systems effectively.
- Basic financial literacy and a desire to learn about banking and finance products.
- Reliable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in an onsite office environment.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.
