Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism with every interaction.
- Document interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 30 WPM is a plus).
- No prior BPO or call center experience required — we welcome career starters!
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pinagbuhatan, Metro Manila.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
