Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism with every interaction.
  • Document interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 30 WPM is a plus).
  • No prior BPO or call center experience required — we welcome career starters!
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Pinagbuhatan, Metro Manila.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
