- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and voice channels with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and service-related problems
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed records

Kualifikasi
- High School graduate (SHS) or currently enrolled in college/college degree holder
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
