Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality tea-based beverages following standardized recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and handling payments.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the shift.
- Manage inventory levels and restock beverage ingredients as needed.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and manage cash transactions efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to Kawan Lama Group’s operational protocols and health & safety standards.
- Support team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in F&B or retail is a plus.
- Possess a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Able to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly disciplined, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be placed in Pahandut, Kalimantan Tengah.
- Good physical stamina for standing and working on the store floor.
