Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure the outlet runs smoothly.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages with a smile.
- Prepare food items according to Hangry's recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and waste control.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure fast service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMU) is preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
