Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects, damage, and compliance with specifications
- Verify product dimensions, weights, and packaging requirements against quality standards
- Document inspection results using digital systems and maintain accurate quality control records
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
- Ensure all products meet safety regulations and customer specifications
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to logistics supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality control processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in quality control or inspection role
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify minute defects
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Knowledge of ISO or GMP quality standards preferred
- Good communication skills for reporting issues to team members
