Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate directly with customers to process, verify, and fulfill orders and complex shipment arrangements efficiently.
- Perform rigorous physical and system checks on all incoming and outgoing cargo to ensure absolute accuracy.
- Investigate customer inquiries, resolve service complaints, and address stock discrepancies with comprehensive root-cause analysis.
- Maintain real-time, accurate, and structured records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Liaise closely with internal warehouse operations, freight forwarding, and transport teams to optimize dispatch schedules.
- Participate in and lead regular cycle counts and annual stock-taking activities to ensure inventory alignment.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance (HSE) throughout daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level, Higher NITEC, or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics customer service.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, CargoWise) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities to resolve stock variances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team player under tight operational deadlines.
