Tanggung Jawab
- Execute sales strategies to promote and sell chemical products to new and existing clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend effective marketing approaches.
- Coordinate with production and technical departments to resolve client inquiries and ensure product quality.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the chemical or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of chemical products, their applications, and industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred for client visits.
