Join Filipinas Multi-Line Corp. as a Chief Accountant and lead our financial operations with expertise and integrity. We're seeking a strategic financial leader to oversee all accounting functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial excellence. This full-time role offers a structured Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:15 PM) with a professional business casual dress code (polo shirt, pants, and closed shoes).
As a key member of our finance team, you'll manage financial reporting systems, optimize accounting processes, and provide critical financial insights to support business decisions. The position requires a hands-on approach to financial management, team leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration to maintain fiscal health and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Lead financial audits and implement internal control systems
- Manage accounting staff through training, mentorship, and performance evaluation
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in Philippine tax laws and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Proven experience leading accounting teams of 3+ professionals
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
