Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee tax compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Manage cash flow forecasting and budgeting processes
- Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions
- Mentor and develop finance team members through training and performance management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, BIR regulations, and tax codes
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience in transport/logistics industry preferred
