Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations, including general ledger reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans to ensure business stability.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, VAT reporting, and financial standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to foster a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide strategic financial insights for business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and corporate financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
