Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Lead and oversee all tax compliance activities, including PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax reporting to ensure zero-risk operations.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as the primary point of contact.
- Provide strategic financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting to support company expansion projects.
- Manage the finance department staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and accurate output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred).
- Proficiency in modern accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
