Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle accounting operations including GL management, AP/AR, and month-end/year-end closures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Manage tax compliance, filings, and optimize tax strategies
- Serve as primary liaison for external audits and regulatory bodies
- Mentor and develop accounting team members
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting
- Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (S1 Akuntansi) with minimum 5 years' experience
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) or equivalent strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in multinational manufacturing/retail industry preferred
