Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain the integrity of the company’s books of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management and statutory financial statements.
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance processes, including VAT, Withholding Tax, and Income Tax returns, ensuring alignment with BIR regulations.
- Perform deep-dive financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance on complex accounting transactions and reporting requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, government regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Support the management team in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in general accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and current BIR tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high degree of professional integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict statutory and internal reporting deadlines.
