Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department and ensure all financial processes are accurate and timely.
- Manage and mentor a team of accountants and financial staff to foster professional growth.
- Prepare and review complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and monitor the annual budget and provide strategic financial analysis to senior management.
- Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during year-end audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Must hold a valid CPA license.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within the Philippines.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine GAAP and tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
