Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Cash Flow reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and corporate governance policies.
- Manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes in alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure smooth and compliant audit processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and accounting systems to safeguard company assets.
- Provide actionable financial insights and analysis to senior management to support business growth and investment decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPN, PPh) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
