Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop the accounting department with 5+ direct reports
- Oversee monthly/quarterly/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and accounting standards
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Implement and maintain internal controls and audit procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Optimize financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (Master's preferred)
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification
- 8+ years accounting experience with 3+ in leadership role
- Expertise in Indonesian GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
- Excellent communication and team management capabilities
