Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger management
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls for financial risk mitigation
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and budget forecasting
- Manage accounting staff performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization and financial planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 8 years progressive accounting experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, tax codes, and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record in process improvement and team management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
