- Lead retail operations, ensuring optimal store performance and customer satisfaction standards.
- Spearhead franchise expansion initiatives, identifying new territories and partnership opportunities.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing executive team to drive organizational excellence.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through effective marketing and public relations strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, board members, and key industry partners.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a CEO or Senior Executive in the retail or franchise industry.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills with a track record of delivering business results.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management and P&L responsibility.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or Management.
