Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the overall cybersecurity strategy aligned with broader business goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of CISOs, security architects, and technical experts to foster a security-first culture.
- Oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade security frameworks, policies, and compliance standards (ISO, NIST, etc.).
- Manage multi-million dollar cybersecurity budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic technology investments.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization’s security posture to the board of directors and senior investors.
- Develop and maintain robust incident response plans to mitigate and recover from cyberattacks effectively.
- Identify and mitigate enterprise-wide risks related to technology, data privacy, and operational security.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record as a CEO or C-level executive in IT, Cybersecurity, or Information Management.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance security requirements with operational efficiency.
- Experience in navigating complex regulatory environments and compliance requirements in the financial or corporate sector.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (MBA or Master’s in Information Security/Cybersecurity) and professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
- A strong network within the Indonesian and regional cybersecurity industry.
