Atlantic Ocean Paint is seeking a strategic Chief Finance Accounting to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance while aligning financial strategies with our sales objectives. This role requires a visionary leader who can optimize financial processes, mitigate risks, and provide actionable insights to support business expansion in the competitive paint industry. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance profitability, manage budgets, and ensure fiscal integrity across all operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in financial management and possess a proven track record of leading finance teams through transformational initiatives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support sales growth and operational efficiency
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to inform strategic business decisions
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and controls
- Collaborate with sales teams to analyze financial data and optimize revenue streams
- Mentor and develop finance team capabilities through training and performance management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for mid-to-large enterprises
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable strategies
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Background in manufacturing or paint industry strongly preferred
