Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives and property sector trends
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and property industry standards
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure processes
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and investment portfolio optimization
- Drive financial risk assessment and internal control improvements
- Prepare executive financial reports for board meetings and regulatory submissions
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance capabilities and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification required
- Minimum 10+ years of finance experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in property management or real estate finance
- Expertise in Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling tools
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
