- Oversee all financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead the accounting, treasury, and financial reporting functions
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
- Manage banking relationships and secure financing for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Manage risk and ensure the financial stability of the company
- Collaborate with the executive team to align financial strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
