Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and long-term vision.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate, timely, and transparent financial statements and reports for board members and stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce robust internal control systems, accounting policies, and procedures to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance.
- Manage the company's capital structure, budgeting processes, and forecasting models to optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a culture of excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to provide strategic recommendations that support business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Chartered Accountant (CPA) or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA).
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CFO/Finance Director).
- Demonstrated experience managing financial operations for a group of companies or multi-entity structure.
- Strong expertise in internal controls, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance in the Philippines.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing finance teams.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analytics tools.
