Join PT Linkit's leadership team as our Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and drive financial excellence in a dynamic environment. You'll spearhead all financial operations, including strategic accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive reporting. This pivotal role requires transforming financial data into actionable insights that fuel company growth and operational efficiency. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term financial strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. Lead financial planning initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and mentor high-performing finance teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans
- Lead financial analysis initiatives to support business decision-making and growth strategies
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow optimization, and treasury operations
- Drive cost management initiatives and operational efficiency improvements
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards
- Lead and develop the finance team through mentorship and performance management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10 years in finance with 5+ years in CFO/VP-level leadership roles
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA) or advanced degree in Finance/Accounting
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems
- Proven experience in team leadership and organizational development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and tax frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
