We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring the fiscal health of the organization. This position requires a seasoned finance leader who can balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on management of accounting, taxation, and cash flow operations.
The ideal candidate will act as a key business partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors, providing critical insights to drive operational efficiency and profitability. You will lead the finance department to ensure compliance, transparency, and data-driven decision-making across all business units.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's long-term business goals.
- Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and relevant regulations.
- Manage corporate taxation, ensuring full compliance while optimizing tax efficiency.
- Lead cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning to ensure the company remains financially resilient.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies to mitigate operational and financial risks.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and business intelligence to the executive leadership team to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Supervise the annual budgeting process and long-term financial forecasting models.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, transparency, and accountability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director, or Controller role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; a Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CA, CFA) is highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations, corporate finance, and accounting standards.
- Proven track record in financial planning, treasury management, and capital structure optimization.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with board members and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
