Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's regional and global business objectives.
- Provide executive leadership over all financial functions, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Advise the CEO and Board of Directors on investment opportunities, capital structure, and potential mergers or acquisitions.
- Drive the annual budgeting process and provide accurate, timely financial forecasting to support decision-making.
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard corporate assets and maintain transparency.
- Lead and mentor the finance department, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Mandatory professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or membership in the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role.
- Deep expertise in the Malaysian corporate regulatory environment and tax landscape.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale financial operations and driving profitability.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with strategic thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
