We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a dynamic and growing organization based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. As CFO, you will lead the entire finance function, overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and treasury operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support company growth and objectives
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Ensure robust internal controls, risk management, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage investor relations and communicate financial performance to stakeholders
- Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Optimize capital structure and drive cost efficiency initiatives
- Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and board of directors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in financial strategy, governance, and risk management
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and reporting standards (MFRS, Companies Act)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and deliver results
