- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, and banking relationships
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and operational efficiency improvements
- Manage investor relations and stakeholder communications
- Lead digital transformation of financial systems and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in CFO/VP level
- Demonstrated experience in property development or construction industry
- Expertise in financial modeling, risk management, and capital structuring
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial analytics tools
