Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting departments, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors to support business decision-making.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks to protect company assets.
- Manage capital allocation strategies and oversee treasury functions, including cash flow optimization and debt management.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian tax laws, IFRS/MFRS standards, and other statutory requirements.
- Drive the digital transformation of financial processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and real-time reporting capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and investors.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or MIA membership is mandatory.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or C-suite role.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, corporate finance, and managing complex financial operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, corporate governance, and tax compliance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain industry within the Klang region is a significant advantage.
