We are seeking a high-caliber Production Manager to oversee our end-to-end indoor furniture manufacturing operations in Sukoharjo. This is a critical leadership role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and possesses deep technical expertise in wood processing, CNC machining, and high-end finishing.
As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring production schedules are met with precision, and maintaining the highest quality standards for our indoor furniture collections. You will manage the entire manufacturing lifecycle, from raw material intake through to the final assembly and quality assurance, ensuring safety and efficiency at every stage.

Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved on time and within budget.
- Oversee end-to-end production processes including CNC machining, veneering, and intricate assembly of indoor furniture.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
- Monitor machine maintenance schedules and ensure all technical equipment operates at peak performance.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure raw material availability and inventory optimization.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to generate reports for management, identifying bottlenecks and proposing actionable solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, specifically focusing on indoor furniture production.
- Strong technical background in CNC machining, woodworking, veneering, and furniture assembly techniques.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage mid-to-large sized production teams.
- Deep understanding of industrial safety standards and quality control methodologies (ISO, Lean Manufacturing, or 5S).
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and CAD designs for production execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional English.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related field is preferred.
