Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support long-term business objectives and market expansion.
- Oversee all fiscal reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
- Direct capital allocation and investment strategies to maximize organizational return on investment.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and ethical financial standard adherence.
- Establish robust internal controls and risk management frameworks to mitigate operational and financial volatility.
- Lead and mentor the finance department to foster a culture of accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to analyze M&A opportunities and business development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA from a reputable institution.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or senior executive role.
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, corporate finance, and tax planning within the Malaysian regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial narrative to non-financial stakeholders.
